With the integration of next-generation Rimac All-Wheel Torque Vectoring, advanced braking systems, and a performance-optimized battery, the Nevera R delivers an astounding 2,107 horsepower. This enhanced configuration is meticulously engineered for superior cornering dynamics while accelerating to 300 km/h (186 mph) in a mere 8.66 seconds, surpassing the already record-breaking performance of the original Nevera.
“When we initially developed the Nevera, a key objective was to create a true Grand Tourer. We prioritized spaciousness, comfort, and a finely tuned balance between exhilarating performance and accessible drivability. The result was a perfect equilibrium: a high-performance, record-setting vehicle capable of setting new benchmarks at the Nürburgring Nordschleife and undertaking continent-spanning journeys with ease. This marked a pivotal moment in automotive engineering, introducing the world’s first production all-electric hypercar and spearheading a new era. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering, and many expressed a desire for a vehicle that further amplified the Nevera’s cornering prowess through its advanced technology. In response, we present the Nevera R: embodying the core DNA of the record-holding Nevera, yet engineered to be lighter, faster, and more track-focused.”

Rimac’s design and engineering teams conducted an in-depth analysis of the Nevera’s attributes, subsequently re-engineering key elements to elevate its positioning as a hyper sports car. Characterized by more focused driving dynamics, a performance-oriented battery, increased power output, and upgraded braking systems, the Nevera R also presents a distinct visual identity driven by performance and refined by meticulous design.
Defined by clean surfaces and an emphasis on achieving perfect proportions, the Nevera R exhibits a lower, sleeker silhouette and a dynamic forward-thrusting stance, complemented by 21-inch rear and 20-inch front wheels. The front fascia is engineered for both striking aesthetics and functional efficiency, featuring horizontal lines that accentuate aerodynamic performance, stance, and width. This design ethos was realized through close interdisciplinary collaboration between designers and engineers, seamlessly integrating sensual surfacing with precise graphic elements into the front clam. The side profile of the Nevera R showcases a harmonious interplay between body color and carbon fiber, contributing to its timeless, dynamic appearance. The wheels feature novel designs with elongated spokes, enhancing their visual impact and distinct color splits. A substantial fixed rear wing, coupled with an aggressive aerodynamic package that includes a new, larger diffuser, increases downforce by 15% and aerodynamic efficiency by 10%. Equipped with new Michelin Cup 2 tires, the Nevera R achieves a 10% reduction in total understeer, a 5% increase in lateral grip, and a 3.8-second improvement in lap times around the Nardo Handling Track. This synergy of negative camber, enhanced tire grip, and increased downforce enables the Nevera R to redefine the boundaries of automotive physics. Every component has been re-evaluated through a performance-driven design philosophy to maximize agility and handling.
The Nevera R elevates performance with a heightened emphasis on driver feedback. It delivers sharper, more precise cornering capabilities courtesy of the re-tuned R-AWTV (Rimac All-Wheel Torque Vectoring) system, optimized to fully exploit the potential of the high-performance tires. Augmented downforce enhances stability and lateral performance, establishing a new standard for driving exhilaration on winding roads and occasional track excursions. The traction control system has been revised to expand the R-AWTV’s capabilities, ensuring predictable behavior even in adverse wet conditions. Drift mode has been recalibrated to accommodate the new tire specification, and the steering system has been refined for improved responsiveness and crisper driver feedback.
Constructed around the next-generation 108kWh Rimac battery pack, the Nevera R harnesses cutting-edge technology to deliver enhanced power and efficiency within a lighter, more compact architecture. With an available 2,107 horsepower, it achieves even quicker acceleration than the record-setting Nevera. The new EVO2 brakes are carbon-ceramic with a silicone matrix layer, ensuring superior stopping performance, enhanced cooling, and increased durability under demanding usage.

Presented in Nebula Green, the Nevera R represents a visual evolution of the Rimac marque, translating the Lightning Green accents of the Time Attack model into a sophisticated new color palette for both the exterior and interior. The driver-centric, highly customizable interior of the Nevera has been enhanced with additional color and trim options. Painted carbon fiber elements, such as the main dashboard structure and center console trims, can be specified to match the exterior color or be personalized according to customer preference.
Production of the Nevera R will be strictly limited to 40 units globally.
